Overdose First aid heals me for a total of 123,777 health
With canned food active (+40% healing effect), overdose's effect will be spiked up to 173,288 health, an additional 50K healing effect.
With just refreshed mask active (+30% healing in the last health segment), overdose first aid will heal for 160,910. A 37K healing effect boost.
However, if you combine both Refreshed and canned food consumables, your first aid healing effect will spike up to 210,421, an 87K healing increase.
Recovery link will heal for 40% of your health initially. I have 284,693 health. 40% of that is 113,877. With canned food active, the initial heal will be 227,754 health. And with both refreshed and canned food active, the initial healing will increase to 70% bonus (199,285) and then heal another 80% of your max health over time.
The increased healing effect will apply to ANY and all sources of healing, including healing stations, health on Kill talents/stats, as well as Nimble, so even a small cover to cover distance with the increased healing effect active will heal for a lot.
If you want max sustain, roll health on kill on the holster/mask for PVE, and HOK gun talents.
