2-minute rule.
If you see something that needs doing that will take 2 minutes or less; go ahead and do it. Put away those clothes. Pick up that toy as you walk by. Empty that dishwasher when you go to get a drink. Scoop the litterbox when you go to take a piss.
Things will stay neater, you’ll be more organized, and you’ll find you have more time in the long run for stuff you want to do, instead of having to take care of stuff you’ve been putting off. –bad_luck_dragon

Every time you get home, toss the coins that you accumulated over the course of the day into a coin jar. Yes, do that even if it’s only a penny that you find in the parking lot. Then when the jar is full, take the jar to the bank and make that an additional deposit into your savings account on top of what you already save. Sunscreen when going out on a sunny day. Not as important for everybody, but if you’re a thin-skinned pale person of Northern European descent it’ll help your skin from aging prematurely, and then, of course, there’s skin cancer. That, and hats. Wear hats. –Tall_Mickey
