At the very bottom of the photo, there is what looks like the top of a golden retriever or Labrador puppy head. The caption reads, "open for a surprise." While the tweet appears to be blank blue in your feed, once you click on it, the picture expands to reveal the surprise!

Clearly, the people of the Internet were itching for some purely positive pictures, and they got it.
